In Anthony Michael Hall’s next film Home School, Bryce Hall is rumored to be appearing with Charli D’Amelio. On February 8, 2022, the big news was revealed during a YouTube live session on BFFs with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards. And it was Hall who leaked the information.
After the show’s host, Dave, dove into the story of D’Amelio becoming an actress, the social media celebrity disclosed that he was approached to play a part in Home School by its casting staff.

During the same session, Hall, who has previously been in He’s All That and Jawline, disclosed more about the film’s plot, stating that it follows the lives of a public and iconic couple. He then discussed his cameo in He’s All That, revealing that the filmmakers wanted him and Addison Rae to portray a couple and film some personal scenes together.
“We split up before the movie came out because they weren’t going to edit out that moment. So it was like, “Wow, I’m still in there,” “Added he.
However, Hall would not clarify whether or not he accepted the acting offer and the chance to star in the film alongside another social media star D’Amelio at the time. Fans, on the other hand, were ready to interrogate him on social media. A Twitter user, for example, requested him to explain why he declined the assignment.

Charli D’Amelio was the one who first mentioned the project
D’Amelio became the first person to publicly hint at the acting project when he wrote about it on Instagram on February 2, 2022. She teased her admirers by posting a photo dump of her recent activities, one of which included some key details about the upcoming film Home School.
She added in a yellow sticky note, “Home School directed by anthony michael hall [sic],” disclosing the project title and director’s name. She hinted in another sticky note [on the same picture] that filming will begin in June 2022.
She had also scheduled an acting lesson with John Kirby on Mondays at 4 p.m. to develop her voice and prepare for the part.
