Valente Rodriguez, well known for his role as Ernie Cardenas in the 2002 sitcom George Lopez, has undergone a transformation.
In recent years, the actor who used to have a lot of muscle bulk appears to have slimmed down. So much so that even die-hard fans of the show could have trouble recognizing the star. There were clues of his continued physical transformation, as the actor appeared to be more fitter than before. Rodriguez appeared in the American sitcom Happily Divorced a few years later, and his physical metamorphosis was much more noticeable.
Rodriguez, who has gained weight as he has gotten older, now appears to have lost even more weight.

While fans of the show adored the big-hearted Ernie, the showrunners appear to have adored Rodriguez’s performance on the show, as his character appeared in a total of 122 episodes, or the entire length of the show.
