Morgan Freeman is a well-known actor who does not require an introduction. He has had outstanding performances in films such as The Shawshank Redemption, Million Dollar Baby, and Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Trilogy during his career.

Morgan Freeman’s First Wife’s Relationship
From 1967 to 1979, the Hollywood actor was supposedly married to Jeanette Adair Bradshaw, his first wife. Morgana Freeman and Deena Freeman, the couple’s two kids, were born to the former marriage.
While the actor and his first wife welcomed Morgana into their family, he adopted Deena, Bradshaw’s child from a prior relationship. After 12 years of marriage, Freeman and Bradshaw divorced without revealing the cause for their split.

Following his divorce from Bradshaw, Freeman married Myrna Colley-Lee, a former Mississippi Arts Commission commissioner, and they had two children. Before walking down the aisle in June 1984, the two apparently met through a mutual acquaintance.
The couple lived in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, and kept a low-key lifestyle away from the spotlight. After 26 years of marriage, Freeman and Colley-Lee separated in December 2007 and sought a divorce from the court.
The cause for the breakup was once again kept hidden from the public eye. However, there were suspicions that it was because of Freeman’s infidelity, which he later denied.

In retrospect, Freeman’s divorce from his second wife occurred following a terrible vehicle accident. According to reports, the event occurred in August 2008 in Mississippi. The actor was taken to hospital with many fractured bones, according to the Evening Standard.
He spent four and a half hours on the operating table after breaking his arm, elbow, and shoulder. The actor wasn’t alone in the car during the accident, according to the article, as Demaris Meyer, a buddy he met on the same day of the accident, sat in the passenger seat of his 1997 Nissan Maxima.
Meyer eventually sued Freeman for driving while inebriated, seeking reimbursement for her medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering damages.
Is Morgan Freeman currently married?
After his second divorce in 2010, the actor has not married. He has, however, been linked to a few females. In June 2016, for example, he made headlines when he kissed actress Marcia Gay Harden on the lips at a CBS event.
Freeman was also rumored to have been dating producer Lori McCreary for a long time. Currently, their relationship status is unknown.
