According to the Tweet, Iman was the apple of her teacher’s eye. Iman has not yet enrolled in any colleges after graduating from high school. She had previously expressed an interest in cinematography so that she may take that path shortly. However, considering her forthcoming shooting schedule, she is unlikely to enroll in a traditional institution anytime soon.

In September 2020, Marvel Studios announced that Iman Vellani, a Canadian-born actress, has been cast as Ms. Marvel. Ms. Marvel is a Pakistani-American adolescent from New Jersey. For the first time, the series will feature Marvel’s first on-screen Muslim superhero.
Iman Ms. Marvel, the alias Kamala Khan, is played by Vellani Iman.
AD Marvel intended to stay authentic to the character and preferred those who would most obviously fit the role, even if their names were relatively unknown. And, because Vellani is of the same ethnicity, her choice was a no-brainer.
Furthermore, the entire directing crew is outstanding. Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, and Meera Menon will direct the series, according to Marvel. When the entire cast was first announced, celebrities, particularly South Asian celebrities, took to Twitter to celebrate.
I felt teary-eyed when I saw they cast Ms. Marvel.
