AJ Odudu: Biography and Family

Onatejiro Odudu was born on February 12, 1998, in England to parents Florence and James.

Her mother worked as a cleaner at a grammar school, and her father was a bus driver. AJ used to help her mother clean when she was younger in order to save money.

She has a wonderful relationship with her mother and is her mother’s best friend. According to her social media, AJ loves and respects her mother.

AJ grew up in Lancashire, England, with her seven siblings: two sisters and five brothers. On October 16, 2013, AJ spoke to Metro about his large family.

Despite having a large family, her parents never compromised anything for anyone. They supported their children’s dreams of success as cleaners and bus drivers. AJ and her siblings understood their parents’ pain and desire.

As a result, AJ’s eldest sister became an engineer, her oldest brother is a Cambridge University lecturer, another brother is a kidney specialist, and another sister is a teacher-in-training. Aj is also a well-known television host.

AJ’s parents always supported her and wanted her to be like TV presenter Moira Stuart, and she stated that it was because of her parents that she pushed herself to get her dream job. AJ studied Political Science at Keele University in Staffordshire, England, before embarking on a career as a TV presenter.

Relationship Status: Single?

AJ has already achieved success in her career at the age of 30.

Her mother, on the other hand, believes she has failed in life by not marrying by now. Her parents want her to think about getting married. However, as a young independent woman, AJ has never felt the need for a husband.

On August 21, 2018, AJ told inews that her mother constantly reminds her to marry because she is getting older. Not only her mother, but also her father, James, want AJ to marry and settle down with a partner.

Since the last four decades, AJ’s parents have been in an arranged marriage. As a result, she has abdicated the responsibility of finding a partner for her mother, who believes that British men are not as suitable as Nigerian men for her daughter.

Florence has induced a search for a husband for AJ in his new Channel 4 show, Man Hunting with my Mum. AJ, on the other hand, finds a Nigerian date named Timini in the show. She also shared an Instagram photo with him on September 1, 2018.

Though she captioned the photo, “I’m not afraid to catch feelings,” it’s unclear whether she’s dating the man or if the photo was just for a shoot.

AJ believes that the Nigerian community is quite conservative, but because her mother wants her to be a part of the Nigerian family, she may soon announce her engagement to a Nigerian partner!
