Former Bodybuilder’s Childhood, Domestic Violence Lands Father In Prison

Richard did not have a typical childhood as a child.

Richard was born in Ukraine and migrated to Pennsylvania with his family when he was two years old. Richard’s father, Pavel, was a martial arts world champion, and his mother, Lena, was an aerobics contender. Soon after relocating to the United States, Richard’s father introduced him to bodybuilding and martial arts, which proved to be a watershed moment in his life.

In 1999, Richard’s family relocated to California in search of a better life and a future in Hollywood for Richard. Pavel and his wife engaged Frank Giardina, a well-known trainer at the time, shortly after relocating to California.

Richard trained daily with approximately 600 push-ups and sit-ups, as well as 300 squats. Additionally, his father placed him on a rigorous diet and prevented him from eating junk food. Richard, who was frequently had to undergo harsh exercises if he made a mistake, was frequently compelled to eat lettuce while his father ate pizzas.

Richard asserts, however, that he was not coerced into bodybuilding and that he chose to join his parents in their training.

“I’ve never been forced to train or do anything against my will. My parents used to train all the time and I wanted to join in. It was mostly my choice. It’s just what I grew up doing. I was never forced. It was never an issue.”

Richard gained complete six-pack abs by the age of 11, earning him the title of World’s Strongest Boy.
However, Richard’s trainer Frank saw Pavel’s one-track mind and forbade him from going out to play with friends. As a result, the young guy spent his boyhood alone. When Frank confronted Pavel about the incident, Pavel threatened to murder him, prompting Frank to resign as Richard’s trainer.

Despite his efforts, Richard had financial difficulties in the family, which prompted Pavel to take up drinking. He became increasingly violent, breaking his wife’s nose and wrist in one episode in 2004.

As a result, Richard was forced to call the cops, and Pavel was detained on suspicion of domestic violence. When his father was imprisoned, Richard severed relations with him and even took a break from bodybuilding for a time.
Richard eventually relocated to Santa Clarita with his mother and hired a manager named Marco Garcia, who arranged for him to be cast in films. He then starred in the 2006 film Little Hercules 3D alongside Hulk Hogan, John Heard, and Elliot Gould.

Adult Richard Has Passed Away The World’s Most Powerful

Richard, often dubbed “Little Hercules,” bears no resemblance to his child self. Richard, who has since abandoned the strenuous physical training, now appears to be an average guy who lives a life away from the limelight.

Richard was photographed in 2016 without his abs on display.

Richard currently works as a stuntman for Universal Studios in Orlando and aspires to one day work for NASA as a quantum physicist or engineer. His work description calls for him to put himself on fire, pretend to be shot, and leap from a 50-foot-high platform in order to attract tourists.

As of 2018, Richard is also interested in filmmaking and hopes to create films that motivate children who suffer from childhood obesity.

Richard, who is unmarried in 2018, is ready to commit to someone. After overcoming adversity in his life, the 26-year-old former bodybuilder is deserving of a loving relationship.
