Relationship status
Lesbian power couple Hammon and Brenda Milano have kept their relationship private. But Hammon only recently started introducing her partner on her Instagram account. Brenda was the first person she mentioned in a January 2, 2021, Instagram post.
She has continued to share snippets of her personal life on her social media since then.
Brenda is a former basketball player and basketball coach, like Hammon. Brenda has served as the head coach of the girls’ basketball team at St. Francis College, despite the fact that her most recent whereabouts are not publicly known.
In addition, the Spurs coach wished Brenda a happy Valentine’s Day in 2021 and posted several images of her with her partner and children.

Family and Early Years of Hammon
Hammon, who was born on March 11th, 1977, was profoundly impacted by her mother, who put her family first. So it makes sense that Hammon inherited her mother’s characteristics as well.
The former basketball star was born in South Dakota and was raised there by his parents, Martin and Bev Hammon. She developed an early interest in basketball and frequently practiced Nerf ball with her father and brother.
Hammon won awards including South Dakota Miss Basketball, South Dakota Player of the Year, and Female Class Athlete while playing high school basketball for Stevens High School.
Later, she played for the Colorado State Rams and broke numerous records, winning honors including the Frances Pomeroy Naismith Award and the Woman’s Basketball Coaches Association.
Professional career
In 1999, the WNBA signed Hammon to play basketball professionally, and she joined New York Liberty. She was named the team’s co-captain in 2004.
Furthermore, she attracted recognition for her outstanding play when playing for Tennessee Fury in the NWBL. She subsequently signed a contract with Colorado Chill in 2004, however, because of an injury, she was only able to participate in two games.
She has over the years represented teams like Trentino Rovereto Baske, Rivas Ecopolis, San Antonio Stars, CSKA Moscow, and a select few others. In 2016, Hammon’s time as a professional basketball player came to an end. The San Antonio Stars retired her number 25 jersey.
But in 2014, she resumed her basketball journey by becoming a coach. Additionally, she is currently working for the San Antonio Spurs as an assistant coach.
