Workout Routine of Ross Butler

Ross Butler is without a doubt one of the most talented actors working today. Because of his various roles, his workout routine has evolved; in searching for his method, I came across his most recent interview with Men’s Health last October, in which he shared some key details and even showed his fridge and gym.

Ross Butler also tells Men’s Health that he is relieved that filming for shows like 13 Reasons Why and Riverdale is now complete. Even though the show was entertaining for him, it never really allowed Ross to show off his bulky physique.

Ross Butler stated that he was a ripped guy before moving to LA, but that he couldn’t keep up the bulk because of his role as a high schooler on the series 13 Reasons Why and Riverdale.

Workout with Ross Butler includes:-

HIIT and Cardio

Ross Butler also discussed how he had to adapt to HIIT and cardio workouts in order to stay lean while acting in high school shows. Ross admitted that he disliked HIIT workouts because they helped people get in shape and stay in shape but didn’t help them build or gain muscle.

He did, however, take a liking to the Non-Impact cardio workout. As a result, it’s now part of his workout routine. Ross was doing sprints and practicing with other cast members for compound movements with few heavyweights in that HIIT routine for 13 reasons.

Weight Training by Butler

Ross started getting bulkier after he finished his high school roles. He’s focusing more on weightlifting training for that, which is helping him bulk up nicely. Ross Butler is seen performing seated dumbbell curls, barbell curls, upright row, and other exercises in the video.

He usually does one or two body parts per day in his routine, and he lifts weights at least four to five times per week. If Ross needs to get into a leaner body shape for a role, he trains with compound movements and a high-intensity interval training routine.
