Cardio
One of Dylan Minnette’s favorite activities is cardio. He enjoys going for long runs and is quite fast, as he demonstrated in the film The Open House. He usually runs for four to six miles outside every day, maintaining a moderate pace to burn calories continuously.
Kickboxing
Dylan Minnette went to the fighting gym every day for a daily kickboxing session, which helped him maintain his super-fit physique. Despite the fact that this was not a regular routine, Dylan used to kickbox at least four to five times a week to feel better and fitter.
