Workout Routine of Lana Condor

Lana has always maintained a healthy weight. During the lockdown, however, she gradually becomes a little lazy, but she recovers quickly and becomes even more fit. So I tried to figure out what Lana does to stay in shape, and it didn’t take me long to figure out her routine.

Lana was interviewed by Self magazine last year about all of her workouts and what she enjoys doing in her routine. Lana told Self in that interview that she enjoys working out five days a week. She does a lot of cardio and high-intensity interval training.

Lana also admitted that she despises burpees, but, like every other actress, she does them to improve. Her weight training for the lower body, which includes a lot of squats and lunges, is another part of her HIIT workout.

Lana also enjoys fitness and group classes, which she was unable to continue due to the pandemic. Lana, on the other hand, would have continued her workouts now that the gyms are open for business. Pilates, Boxing, and yoga are some of Lana’s favorite classes. So, there’s no doubt Lana will maintain her incredible fitness after such a rigorous workout.

Now that we know what Lana does, let’s turn it all into a routine you can follow to get Lana’s body. We’ll also work out five days a week, with some group workouts thrown in for good measure. So, let’s get to work on the routines.

Lana Condor’s workout includes the following:

Cardio

Lana jump ropes a lot in her cardio routine, even if it’s only for a few minutes. Lana said she couldn’t get a treadmill out of her house because there wasn’t enough room, but she can jump rope anywhere. It feels good to do things the old way, and it also helps and benefits Lana in a variety of ways.

Workout with a High Intensity

I recommend doing three to four days of weight training after the high-intensity workout. We’ll do four to five exercises in each of the lower, upper, and core body parts. So it won’t be a simple workout, but it will be extremely effective.

Include squats, split squats, Bulgarian squats, lunges, curtsy lunges, stiff-leg deadlifts, dumbbell deadlifts, and other exercises. Do a variety of plank variations in the core, such as side plank to crunch, plank holds, plank walks, and so on.

Group Exercises

We will do two to three days of group exercises per day. Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and other exercises are all options. It will help you improve your flexibility and change your mood so that you aren’t bored with the same workout every day. Furthermore, all of these workouts will help you gain lean and toned muscle while also burning a lot of calories.
