I’m not familiar with Seungmin’s diet plan, but I’ve never heard of him following an extremely strict or extreme diet. So, a regular diet plan based on moderation and clean foods should suffice. Additionally, drinking plenty of water as well as healthy fluids like green tea and juice will help you achieve better results. Let’s take a look at the plan I came up with for getting lean:

Seungmin: Workout Routine

Seungmin is well-known throughout Korea, and he is even well-known internationally. Simultaneously, one of the reasons for his celebrity is that he is a relatively young member of his band. Another reason is that he is attractive and has a great body shape, similar to that of a model.

Believe it or not, in Korean Kpop, that physique is valued more than having a very muscular and bulked body shape. So, let’s find out what the secret is to having a physique like Seungmin’s. Seungmin enjoys working out, but dance practice takes up the majority of his time. Dancing is, as we all know, the most important workout for loop artists.

Evening Schedule
