Shin Yuna: Workout Routine
Yuna is the newest and most gifted member of the group, and she will soon gain even more prominence and make her solo debut. Yuna maintains a slender physique and maintains a good appearance, thanks to the daily workouts she participates in with other members. So, let’s have a look at the workouts that help Yuna stay so trim.
Before we begin, keep in mind that Yuna is young, therefore her metabolism is quick, and she is still growing, which helps her maintain her slim figure. Now, when I started looking for her workout, I found no article or interview that mentioned it. Even an Instagram account posted some dance footage, but the Yuna routine remained a mystery.
I also believe Yuna is merely doing the dance training with the other members in order to stay in shape. It won’t surprise me in the least, given how strenuous the group’s dancing routine is. Yuna also dances at least two hours a day, five days a week, and sometimes more, depending on her schedule.
In addition, there are certain exercises that they all complete, such as a few bodyweight workouts and stretches. That’s how they’ve been able to keep their physical shape for so long. Now, let’s look at a different workout that can help you get in shape and look like Yuna.
We will work out and train twice a day, including cardio, flexibility, and toning activities. I recommend starting with five days a week and gradually increasing to every day. If you’re used to working out, you can do it six or seven days a week if you want to.

Routine in the Morning
In the morning routine, we will practice an hour of yoga or Pilates for flexibility and toning activities. Both of these workouts will help you get a toned body while also increasing your flexibility. Feel free to engage in whatever activity you enjoy; both are helpful and have nearly identical effects. You can also attempt them on different days to make your workouts more interesting.
Evening Schedule
I would recommend completing an hour of cardio in the evening regimen. You may follow Yuna’s dance routine and burn a lot of calories by doing it every day. If you don’t care for dance workouts, you can replace them with 30 minutes of jogging and 15 minutes of hydro rowing machine and bicycling, respectively. However, I recommend that you perform a dance workout to get some cardio while learning some new skills.
