Workout Routine of Faze Jarvis
Jarvis had always been athletic, and we all know how the Faze family spends most of their time in the Faze house working out together. By doing a lot of weight training and eating a healthy diet, they all went from skinny to fit and bulked up. Jarvis, on the other hand, did something insane in recent months: he transformed into a boxer.
This isn’t the first time this has happened; Jake and his brother Logan Paul were turned into boxers in the same way a few years ago. Jake is now fighting professional fighters and is currently preparing for his fight against Tyron Woodley in an MMA fight. Jarvis isn’t far behind; he began his journey by defeating Tik-Tok Michael in an official match, which he won for the YouTube community.
So, how did Jarvis get into such good shape that he could knock out Micahel Le? Jarvis saying and talking about his workout was mentioned in an article on the ESports website. Jarvis stated in that article that he was taking the fight very seriously and that he was working out and training for two and a half hours every day, six days a week.
Now, that workout includes sparring, weight training, cardio, boxing, and other activities at Mayweather’s gym. It’s a mix of different workouts that keeps him in top physical condition. I’m afraid I can’t tell you the exact routine because there hasn’t been an interview or a video where Jarvis breaks down his workout routines. However, I suppose we can still discuss how you can exercise.
Faze Jarvis’s workout consists of the following:
Cardio
Cardio and warm-up are critical before beginning your boxing workout. Make sure to get a cardio workout in for at least 20 to 30 minutes, which can include 15 to 20 minutes of running and 10 to 15 minutes of speed rope. Warm up your muscles and get your blood flowing by doing some basic stretches.
Boxing
Footwork, defense rounds, sparring, heavy pad work, light pad work, and other boxing drills are usually included in a boxing workout. Because I’ve never been to a boxing gym, I don’t know much about boxing, so you should join one and work out according to your trainer.
Weight Training
You are not doing bodybuilder training or lifting heavy weights while boxing. The workout shifts from explosiveness to a greater emphasis on your entire body rather than a single body part.
You’ll be doing a lot of kettlebell swings, lunges, and delt lateral raises, among other exercises. Workouts to strengthen your core, shoulders, and arms. For this reason, I recommend that you consult with your boxing trainer about the best weight-training regimen for you.
