It’s an old article, so it’s possible it’s no longer relevant, but it’s something. CL admitted that they exercise, but she began by meditating to keep herself mentally fit. That is significant in terms of your health.

Don’t worry, though; I can still give you some workouts that will undoubtedly help you achieve CL’s physique. CL used to dance a lot, and she still does dance practice as a high-intensity cardio workout. To break into the industry, all K-pop singers and idols must be able to dance. Their choreography is so intense that it burns over 1000 calories per day in a single day.

For the other workout, I believe Pilates would be a good way to start or end your day. To achieve a lean and curvy body shape, many celebrities follow the Pilates routine. It’s a well-known workout practiced by K-pop stars as well as Hollywood actresses and models. So, in this pattern, we’ll do these two workouts for five days.
