Dara is one of the most well-known singers and one of the few who started a Youtube channel after leaving the group, as few idols do so and instead focus on acting or modeling. Dara, on the other hand, pursued acting and established a YouTube channel, but I wish she was more active there.
Dara is still very active in her career, so she needs to keep her lean figure in order to stay on top. So, what are some of Dara’s favorite ways to stay in shape? I saw her Instagram and it gave me an idea of what Dara can do to stay in shape on a regular basis. It isn’t, however, her regular routine.
Even though Dara was in a group and actively training, I saw this post from her in the gym on her Instagram. Dara used to go to the gym, as seen in this AllKpop article, and it was always a part of her workout to stay in shape. Dara’s gym routine, on the other hand, was not mentioned at all.
Dara’s other workout is dance routines, which she continues to do even though she is no longer a member of the group. Dara also posted some choreographer videos to her YouTube channel, which you can view here. That workout is enough to burn a lot of calories and give you a good cardio workout.
So, let’s turn these activities into a routine that you can stick to. We’ll be working out five days a week, alternating between cardio and circuit gym routines. Beginners should avoid starting with this plan if they have never done this routine before.

Pilates
I also discovered a photo on Dara’s Instagram account in which she stated that she is doing Pilates, but I couldn’t find any more recent photos. Pilates can also be done twice a week as a relaxing and stretching workout to help your body recover.
