Workout Routine of L Lawliet
L Lawliet is a character who is a nerd who does not participate in daily physical activities. He was, however, always extremely lean, and because he relied heavily on his brain, he ate a lot of sugar to keep his energy up and his mind alert. People who play chess and shogi are constantly required to keep their minds active, so this is one of the things you’ll see them doing.
Now, when it comes to training like L, remember that in the episode where he plays tennis with Light, L was shown to be a pretty athletic guy. So it wasn’t that he couldn’t do any physical activity; rather, he preferred to conserve his energy and put it to good use in his brain. So there’s no plan to get a body like L’s, but getting a body like L’s isn’t easy. L has the body of a K-pop idol, as seen in Korean music.
As a result, while it may appear simple at first, the workout can quickly become complex, especially for those who need to lose weight. Now, because L has a body like a K-pop or J-pop idol, we’ll be training like one and getting a good workout to help you get a body like L. Also, keep in mind that L does not perform the routines I’m about to describe. I put together all of these workouts to give you a body like L’s.
L Lawliet’s workout entails:
Cardio
We’ll be doing some cardio workouts for about an hour, so if cardio isn’t your thing, try another workout. Basketball, tennis, and other sports can be used as a cardio workout while also allowing you to enjoy your favorite sports.
So, for a cardio workout, I recommend doing an hour of dancing. It’s one of the most basic workouts performed by K-pop and J-pop idols. With the dance routine, getting a body like L should be simple.
It will help you burn a lot of calories while also keeping your body toned and flexible. It will also aid in the strengthening of your core muscles and the development of those abs.
Core/Weight Training
We will do four days of weight training workouts that will include a mixed workout routine to help you achieve overall body shape. In addition, after we finish our weight training, we will finish with a core circuit routine that will help you get that final burn and complete your workout.
