I tried to learn more about the diet that helped her lose 8 kg, or even the typical diet, but I couldn’t find much. However, I am aware that she does not follow strict diets like some Korean singers and actresses; however, Kim Go-Eun stated in an interview that a good diet is required when practicing yoga.

Kim Go-Eun is a Korean actress best known for her role as Goblin’s Bride in “Guardians of the Galaxy: The Lonely and the Great God.” Go-Eun did a fantastic job in that series and grew in popularity around the world, as evidenced by her Instagram account, which has over 4 million followers. According to this article on the KDramastars website, Kim Go-Eun is also known for gaining and losing weight for the role.

They covered an interview with Go-Eun in which she discussed how she ate and gained 8 kg for her role in Sunset In My Hometown. Go-Eun described it as “pleasant,” adding that she enjoyed eating late at night and seeing her face swell. However, after the shoot, the diet was a disaster in terms of getting her back in shape. Go-Eun also revealed that she returned to her regular routine after the show, doing Yoga five days a week.

Which I consider to be one of the best exercises. In the modeling industry and the Korean industry, yoga and Pilates are always some of the best and most adapted exercises. I did, however, see Go-Eun in the dance studio several times, and she even documented it on Instagram. So I suppose Go-Eun dances for cardio on occasion. Yoga

Let’s throw in a two-hour Yoga workout, which Go-Eun adores. It will help you tone your body, increase your flexibility, and achieve a slim waistline with toned arms and legs. You can do whatever type of Yoga you want, but don’t try beer yoga; I’m still not sure how it’s acceptable to drink beer while doing Yoga.

Also, don’t bother with Goat Yoga; it’s pointless and distracting. Instead, for the best concentration, try doing Yoga at home with some online classes. If you find it difficult to stay motivated on your own, join a Yoga class.

Pilates

Pilates can be used as a substitute for yoga if you don’t like it. It’s a different type of workout that achieves similar results and is well-known in the K-pop industry. We will also do an hour to two hours of Pilates workouts.

It will place a greater emphasis on your core and strength, resulting in increased flexibility, strength, muscle tone, and calorie burn. Because you want to use the Pilates machine, it would be beneficial if you went to a Pilates gym for this workout.
