Workout Routine for Seo In-guk
Seo In-guk is a singer and actor who rose to fame after appearing in films and television shows. As an actor, Seo In-guk is becoming increasingly well-known.
Aside from acting, Seo In-guk is well-known for his weight loss journey and his ripped physique. As we all know, K-pop has always focused on making idols look leaner and skinnier, and this trend continues today.
That’s what happened to Seo In-guk when he was trying to break into the K-pop industry and had to lose a lot of weight. Following that, when he was cast in the film No Breathing, Seo In-guk lost weight again, this time from 76 kg to 65 kg in a matter of months, undergoing rigorous training and dieting. Oh, and he’s about 6 feet tall, so 76 kg isn’t even an unhealthy weight for him.
However, because the Korean industry is obsessed with boyish looks and a slim physique, it forces artists to go to extremes to lose weight.
Seo In-guk was constantly training in the gym during that time, focusing on various workouts such as lots of cardio and some mixed weight training.
So, even though he doesn’t need to lose as much weight as he once did, I’m guessing he still goes to the gym to stay in shape. So, to get a body like his, I recommend doing a four- to a five-day workout routine and eating a healthy diet.
