The experienced media personality was born on May 20, 1966, to attorney Floyd Abrams and mother Efrat Abrams. He graduated from Columbia Law School with a Juris Doctorate.
Dan Abrams started his professional career as a reporter for Court TV in 1994. He eventually joined NBC as a Chief Legal Correspondent for NBC News in 1997, and later moved to the NBC-owned MSNBC channel. He was the General Manager of MSNBC from 2006 to 2007 and hosted the show The Abrams Report.
