Who is Chris Hemsworth?
Chris Hemsworth is arguably Australia’s most famous actor of all time. He’s best known for his incredible Marvel character Thor, and he’s appeared in a slew of big-budget films including The Avengers, Thor, Captain America: The Civil War, and the list goes on.

Chris Hemsworth’s diet is high in protein and fiber, and he stated in an interview that when he is about to film a film like Thor or the Avengers, he begins to eat a lot of protein and carbs in order to appear larger in those films.
Thor’s diet plan consists of six meals in total, as well as plenty of water throughout the day to keep him hydrated.
