Maluma is one of the most talented singers you’ll ever hear, and he’s only getting better. Maluma, on the other hand, isn’t just getting better at singing. By staying fit, he is also improving his lifestyle and living a healthier lifestyle. Maluma has always struck me as one of the most well-balanced singers I’ve ever seen. Maluma does not use drugs, eats unhealthily, or consumes hard alcohol, among other things.
Maluma also stays active by working out every day with a variety of different exercises. Maluma had knee surgery a few years ago, and he needs to work out on a regular basis to stay in shape. His workouts are varied because he enjoys doing a little bit of everything. Maluma also enjoys yoga, morning cycling, meditation, bodyweight exercises, and weightlifting.
All of this is explained in an interview with Men’s Health, in which he explains everything; you can read the full article and interview by clicking here. Also, check out this video of he doing hanging knee raises as part of a core workout. So now that we know what Maluma does, let’s look at the specifics and see how we can break it down.
Maluma works out twice a day, doing a variety of activities, and that’s exactly what we’ll do; we’ll do six days of workouts and one day of hiking as a rest day. During those six days of training, we will stretch, do cardio, and do body weight and weight training. So, let’s get this party started:

Diet Guidelines for Maluma
Maluma talked about eating healthy and his favorite foods in that interview. He loves chicken and almost any food, but his favorite is sashimi tuna, which is low in calories and high in protein.
Maluma eats clean a lot of the time, but he also enjoys cheat meals on occasion; his diet is similar to that of Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson, who eat healthy six days a week and have one cheat day.
For him, the best cheat meal is the same as Dwyane’s: a good burger. Maluma also eats protein shakes and protein bars for snacks, and sweet potatoes and brown rice for carbs. He also drinks a lot of water on a regular basis.
