Tammi Menendez‘s daughter has created an Instagram page to demand her father’s release from prison.
After being found guilty of murdering their parents out of greed in August 1989, Erik and Lyle Menendez were sentenced to life in prison in 1996. They have, nevertheless, been serving their sentences in various jails for over three decades.
The Menendez brothers’ case has resurfaced when footage from their trials went viral on the social media app TikTok. The brothers were hailed for their attractive appearances, and hundreds of thousands of TikTok fans rallied behind them to rescue them.
Erik also has a Tammi and a daughter, both of whom have launched an Instagram account for him. His daughter manages the account and uses the hashtag #seterikmenendezfree to encourage people to speak out against Erik’s incarceration.

When she saw the film of the trials involving the Menendez brothers, she felt a tremendous sense of empathy for Erik and wanted to support him emotionally, she told NBC.
Fascinated by Erik, she began writing him letters beginning with his second trial, and to her amazement, he began responding.
Even after he was imprisoned, they wrote to one other frequently. They then began talking on the phone to each other and proclaimed their love for one another. Tammi paid Erik a visit in prison, and despite the fact that their first meeting was not romantic, they continued to see one other on a regular basis.

Tammi relocated from Minnesota to California to be closer to her true love, and the two exchanged vows and were married on June 12, 1999, in the Folsom State Prison waiting room.

Talia posts photos of her father and heartwarming anecdotes about her childhood memories with him. The page has nearly 14,000 followers, and it continues to grow in popularity as people call for the convicted murderers to be released.
