Jungkook, a member of BTS, has a strict diet and workout routine. Jungkook is a musician who performs as a singer, songwriter, actor, dancer, model, director, and producer.
I’m best known for being the lead vocalist of BTS, the most well-known K-pop group. Jungkook is also known as JK, and he is the most well-known member of the BTS group.
Jungkook is well-known for a variety of things, including his direction and singing abilities. He does, however, learn to keep a rock-hard physique and to be the fittest member of BTS. So, if you’re interested in learning more about the Jungkook workout and diet plan, keep reading.
Workout Routine of Jungkook
Jungkook is a regular when it comes to working out and sticking to his workout routine in order to keep his body in shape. It’s not easy for Jungkook to keep him in shape all the time, but as an idol, he doesn’t have a choice. JK has also stated in V-Live that if he didn’t have to look like an icon, he would drink beers and eat whatever he wanted; however, because Jungkook is an idol, he is unable to do so.
Jungkook has a simple workout routine, but his diet is so good that even that is enough to keep him lean and ripped. Jungkook wants to go to the gym and get in shape, but the production doesn’t want him to. They want Jungkook to maintain his boyish appearance and avoid gaining too much muscle, which is why his workout is so simple.
His training for an idol, on the other hand, is not comfortable because doing vocal lessons, dancing lessons, communication lessons, and other lessons every day puts a strain on the body and burns a lot of calories and energy. So, let’s take a look at what JK does to stay in shape.
Jungkook: Body Measurements, Height, Weight
Height | 5 ft 10 inch |
Weight | 65 kg |
Age | 23 years |
Chest | 40 inch |
Waist | 30 inch |
Biceps | 14 inch |
Jungkook: Dancing
Jungkook and the other members practice dance for 2 to 3 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week, and they continue to rehearse for the shows and live performances even when they are on tour. I even read in one article that they sometimes practice for 4 to 5 hours a day to get the dancing done quickly.
This training only covers Jungkook’s cardio routine; this is the most important reason why no one in K-pop is fat because they dance so much that they burn 500 to 900 calories per day. So, if you want to stay in shape, make sure you burn that many calories by dancing or doing any type of cardio exercise.
Boxing
Basic Bodyweight Exercises by Jungkook
Jungkook’s typical workout consists of bodyweight exercises and one or two weight lifting routines. JK’s routine is more of a circuit routine, in which they go from one activity to the next, as they have demonstrated in previous live performance videos. JK, on the other hand, shared a video of himself doing shoulder press and showing his routine on the BTS Twitter page. The workouts chart includes the following:
- 20 squats
- 20 push-us
- 20 jump-squats
- 20 shoulder press exercises
- Ten plank shoulder blades
- 20 mountain climber
- 15 burpees
- 20 crunches
- 20 leg raises
- 20 superman
Diet Plan by Jungkook
It’s true that Jungkook adheres to a strict diet plan. As previously stated, Jungkook had to stick to a strict diet in order to keep his face looking lean and youthful. Jungkook does this by eating mostly salads and low-calorie, low-carb foods.
Jungkook mainly eats chicken and vegetables for protein, but he does allow himself to eat snacks on occasion. He does not, however, consume any oily or fatty foods that could cause him to gain weight. JK becomes extremely paranoid and concerned whenever he gains even a small amount of weight. If you want to work out and look like Jungkook, however, you can take a different approach and avoid following that strict diet. Follow this diet to get a body like his:
Lunch
- Salmon salad
Snack
- Veg soup
Breakfast
- Egg white omelet
- Whole grain toast
- Juice
Dinner
- Chicken breast
- Veggies
- Salad
Workout Routine of Jungkook
BTS Jungkook’s Workout and Diet Routine [Updated]: I covered Jungkook’s workout a while back, and I’ve updated it a little since then. Another activity that will be an update of the Jungkook workout routine should be written. Almost every day, we’ve seen the routine consist of a lot of dancing. JK, on the other hand, is now attempting to bulk up and become more fit.
He had begun working out properly in preparation for this. Let’s take a look at what JK used to do. His previous workout consisted of two hours of dancing followed by bodyweight exercises. That used to be enough to keep him slim and fit, but times have changed.
He’s getting in shape like the members of GOT7 and EXO, such as Jackson. Jungkook has bulked up significantly, with all of his weight gain coming from muscle mass. Now let’s get into the specifics of what JK does to stay in shape.
I’m not going to lie. After a lot of research, I’ve come to a conclusion. I was able to find out what JK is up to by simply going to his fan page. The workout consists of boxing, as seen in this video, as well as a lot of weight training. As a result, combining them maximizes the effectiveness of his workout.
Now, I’d estimate that he works out for at least three to four hours per day. Because the dance practice alone takes two hours, the activity is completed with one hour of weight training and 20 to 30 minutes of boxing workouts. JK, on the other hand, can’t possibly be doing all of this at the same time.
I believe that splitting these workouts into two parts is the best option. To achieve a perfect balance, you can train in the morning and evening five days a week. Because the training is so intense and prolonged, you can train four days a week and still benefit. Let’s take a look at a plan I put together for you guys to get a body like JK’s.
Routine in the Morning
Exercises and workouts such as dance practice and stretches will be the focus of the morning routine. So one to two hours of dance class would be ideal, and I would suggest enrolling in one. It can be any type of dance class; it doesn’t have to be popping or hip hop; it could be Zumba, barre, or something else entirely.
It will serve as an excellent cardio workout while also providing flexibility to your body. If you still don’t like dancing, replace it with an entire cardio routine, but I would strongly advise against it because it becomes extremely boring. You’ll be running, biking, and so on for hours, and that’s nowhere near as exciting as dancing.
Evening Schedule
In the evening routine, we will focus on our weight training and cardio finisher, which will be our boxing workout. So, starting with proper training, I’d say sticking to a standard routine would suffice. You don’t need to follow a very intense workout because JK has a very aesthetic and lean figure.
Keep it simple; every day, train just one body part, and you’ll be done in under an hour. After you’ve completed your weight-lifting routine, you can begin your boxing workout. Maintain a high-intensity plan and limit the duration to 20 to 30 minutes.
