Here’s All You Need To Know About Edgar Hansen’s Married Life And Relationship History!

With his appearance on the reality TV show Deadliest Catch, Edgar Hansen catapulted to popularity.

In the Bearing Sea, Edgar Hansen worked as a crab fisherman, an engineer, a deck boss, and a relief captain, serving as a right-hand man for his older brother, Sig Hansen.

His personal life became a source of interest as his professional endeavors drew notice. And it was revealed that he was a married man with several children. Is he, however, still with his family? Here’s what we’ve learned thus far!

Edgar Hansen is the father of three children

Louise Hansen and Hansen Hansen tied the knot. However, the specifics of their wedding and marriage have remained a secret. The fact that the reality TV star is a father of three children is well-known. He and his wife have two kids, Logan and Erik, and a daughter called Stephanie.

Despite the fact that Hansen and his seafaring family made a living from fishing, he once stated that he would not want his children, particularly his sons, to continue in his footsteps. Instead, he stated his desire for them to remain at home with their families. “I don’t want children to have this life,” the 50-year-old continued.

Is Edgar Hansen’s marriage still going strong?

Hansen became embroiled in a scandal in early 2018 after allegations of him abusing a 16-year-old girl in September 2017 surfaced. All fingers pointed at Hansen after the adolescent admitted the incident to her therapist.

Following a lengthy investigation, Hansen entered a written confession in which he admitted to inappropriately groping and kissing the girl for his own enjoyment. He apologized to the victim and negotiated an agreement with prosecutors in Snohomish County.

Hansen received a 364-day suspended jail term and was ordered to pay $1,653 in court penalties and fees, according to reports acquired by the Seattle Times on July 16, 2018.

He also had to undergo a sexual-deviancy assessment and treatment. “I’ve started treatment to make sure something like this doesn’t happen again,” Hansen said after starting treatment.

Hansen has since quit appearing on Deadliest Catch as a result of his heinous act. In August 2018, the show’s last episode starring him aired. While the incident harmed his career, it also made faithful viewers of the show wonder if it harmed his marriage.

Sadly, neither Hansen nor his wife have responded to the questions. In addition, the Seattle native has deleted all of his social media accounts, including Instagram and Twitter. Furthermore, he is no longer active on Facebook, where he last referenced his family on December 12, 2015.

He had shared a gallery of photos with his family, indicating that they had had a great day skiing at Mt. Baker.
