Wendy Williams has been the talk of the town on numerous occasions over her three-and-a-half-decade career in the entertainment world.
Wendy Williams has transformed herself in various ways over the course of those decades, most notably her appearance. Despite this, the reality star has openly flaunted her plastic surgery and other cosmetic operations, unlike many others in the profession.
However, the actual extent of her cosmetic changes remains unknown. Many of her followers are still intrigued about her appearance before to surgery.
Her Face Hasn’t Changed All That Much
Her visage was not “much” different from what she looks like now, according to Closer Weekly. That statement, however, should not be misconstrued as a lack of facial operations.
Dr. Vartan Mardirossian, an accomplished plastic surgeon, was invited by the publication to determine if Williams had received Botox on her face. Because the line between her brows had vanished, the good doctor could tell the media figure had Botox on her forehead.
Apart from that, Williams had a series of Botox and filler injections to keep her young appearance. Williams even revealed followers close-up footage of her getting Botox injections in her jawline in January 2020. It was dubbed her “little morning procedure” by her.
Her sharper jawline and elevated cheeks were obvious as a result of the injections. She bragged about the fast nip and tuck, saying, “I feel like I’m 35.”
Her Plastic Surgery Background
She promised fans in the same show that she wouldn’t get any additional plastic surgery from the neck down, with the exception of a breast reduction. When she’s ready, she’ll get it.
She also admitted that she had never had a facelift and that she would not need one if she took the right steps. Every trimester, she sees Dr. Marion Shapiro to evaluate if her skin needs to be treated.
She hasn’t held back when it comes to her figure, however. Williams had breast augmentation and liposuction in the past as a result of her weight loss. In 2009, she told People, “I just wanted to fit into decent clothes.” “I desired a physique that reflected my personality. And my current figure is a good complement for my personality.”
Wendy Williams Was On the Verge of Being Fired for Discussing Plastic Surgery
She was almost fired from a radio broadcast once because she was so open about the procedures she’d had done. Wendy Williams: The Movie, a biopic about her, reproduced the event.
She discussed breast augmentation with her radio listeners after undergoing the treatment herself. Before going under the knife, she recommended her audience to see at least three doctors.
She also advised them to pay for their plastic surgery themselves, rather than allowing others, particularly lovers, to take credit for what they had done to their bodies. She was yanked off the air for a week after making the statement. Her suspension was extended to two weeks as she sought to justify that over 80% of the celebrities she had on the show had done some work.
When she returned, her supervisor specifically instructed her not to discuss her cosmetic operations. Despite this, Williams asserted that she didn’t do anything for television and that she was already satisfied with her body when she arrived.
