Jeffrey Corwin is a popular wildlife biologist known for series like Ocean Mysteries with Jeff Corwin and Alaska Animal Rescue, which focus on animal conservation.
Many of his fans, however, are unaware that Jeffrey Corwin wife, Natasha Soultanova, played a crucial role in his success. His children, in particular, aided him in his professional aspirations.
Jeffrey Corwin- Relationship Status
Corwin’s wife, with whom he has shared a 24-year marriage, is Russian. In 1996, they met while shopping in Cambridge, Massachusetts’ Havard Square. They started dating soon after their initial meeting and married three months later.
Soultanova, unlike her spouse, avoids the limelight. She is only known to be Russian and to have been raised in Germany.
In Marshfield, Massachusetts, the couple has a lake cottage.
Corwin’s Daughter Assists Him in the Workplace
Maya Rose Corwin and Mariana Corwin are the parents of the animal lover and Soultanova’s two daughters. Maya, their eldest daughter, was born in 2003, and their younger daughter in 2008.
Maya Rose received her diploma with honors in May 2021 and enrolled at Temple University to pursue a degree in cinema. Corwin’s daughters assist him in his professional endeavors, and he includes them in his initiatives. For example, he and Maya attended the 2013 Radio Disney Awards, and in August 2019, he accompanied his younger daughter Mariana to help him with a wildlife conservation initiative in Bermuda.
Maya also assisted him in studying whale sharks, releasing black-footed ferrets back to their prairie home, and maintaining their beehive hives, which he shared with his Facebook fans in May 2021.
His wife forewent college in order to help him financially.
Soultanova, Jeffrey Corwin wife, has a huge impact on his life
Soultanova was in undergrad when they married, and the 51-year-old was in graduate school, but they didn’t have the money to pay for both. As a result, Soultanova dropped out of college to allow the Norwell native to get his Master’s degree in Science. She also encouraged Corwin to spend some time in 2009 on an island off the coast of Massachusetts.
According to a 2009 interview with Bonappetit, the couple lived off the grid to allow their girls to connect with nature. There was no reliable electricity on the island. Despite the challenges of living in such a location, the family flourished thanks to each other’s help. They also grew their own food on the 22-acre island, including berries, veggies, apples, and herbs.
Corwin’s wife has been his partner-in-crime and a passionate supporter of his aspirations, from alleviating financial difficulties to joining him in every situation.
