Debbie and Brad had Brett Ashley as their first child. Brett met Nick for the first time in Kansas City. At the time, she was a teacher, and she was doing her work while Nick was coaching. They didn’t meet until Brett’s sister insisted on it.

After they finished the initial phase of their marriage, they decided to start a family. They have two beautiful boys and a beautiful girl. Jacob and Miles Sirianni are the names of their sons, while Taylor Sirianni is the name of their daughter.

He began his career in the NFL as an offensive quality control coach before being moved to wide receivers coach in 2009.
He signed with the San Diego Chargers in 2013. He was hired as the offensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts after six years. In the year 2021, he was promoted as head coach.
