She later moved to Saskatchewan, where she broadened her experience by working in radio and reporting for Global Regina and Global Saskatoon. It wasn’t until 2007 that she started reporting for Global BC.
Palma has covered numerous stories over the years, including the plane crash into the Richmond apartment building. She was also the first TV news reporter to cover the story of Robert Dziekanski.
