Bryson Tiller is a multi-talented R&B and hip-hop performer. In recent years, his hit albums Trapsoul and True to Self have helped him acquire prominence. As a result, he’s collaborated with a number of artists, like Young Thug, Tory Lanez, and H.E.R., to mention a few. He is, however, better renowned for being an anti-artist.
Bryson Tiller admitted in his 2017 song “Before You Judge” that he never really wanted to be an artist and was constantly second-guessing himself for it. However, now that he has adjusted to fatherhood, he appears to be more focused on it than on his music.
This may sound depressing, but it was unavoidable. The rapper’s lyricism was always honest and down-to-earth, expressing his distaste for what his work had become. Instead of bailing ship, Tiller is now more laser-focused on his art as art. The next time around, there will be no commercial or production accessories.
When his last album, True To Self, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, he realized this, but he still felt he hadn’t given it his all.
Relationship Status
Tiller stated in 2019 that he had become a father for the second time. The rapper gave her the name Kelly Jade and welcomed her with his current girlfriend, Kendra Bailey.
To commemorate the occasion, they each shared a photo of the newborn on Instagram. During his previous long-term relationship with Markea Bivens, Tiller gave birth to his first daughter, Harley Loraine, who is now six years old.
His debut single, ‘Don’t,’ was dedicated to her in 2015. He said that he wasn’t being a good partner to her at the time, and that he couldn’t handle the thought of someone else entering her life and treating her the way he was supposed to.
As a result, he made the decision to pull his socks up and be the guy. Is it more important to choose favorites or to be a better father? Tiller honestly stated in an interview with Billboard that he was attempting to take a different approach to being a father. For example, with his first child, he would fulfill all of her requests.
He now thinks she’s a little spoilt. He’s attempting to be more reserved now that he has a second daughter. He doesn’t want her to believe she can have anything she wants or that life is simple for her. He can’t keep himself from giving the child what she wants. However, it appears that, when it comes to morality, the rapper’s fatherly love is a tough one to top.
To Bryson Tiller, fatherhood is about making sacrifices.
Tiller told The Boom Box in 2015, while on tour to promote his first album, how much he missed his daughter, Harley. He expressed the same ideas in a recent interview with Hot 97. With new releases and the COVID-19 pandemic, the rapper expressed his desire to be with his children but was unable to do so due to the nature of his job.

Staying away from his eldest daughter and only seeing her once a week or over FaceTime was a sacrifice he had to make at the time. That’s how he ended up where he is now. And now, performing the same thing to both of his children is a required routine for him to reach his goals. And this time, there are more individuals who rely on him, making it a more fulfilling responsibility.
