According to his biography, Bob Cesca was born in the United States on July 12, 1971. He is of Caucasian ancestry and American nationality. Along with his siblings and parents, he grew up in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. He has always been a passionate cyclist from an early age. He bikes anywhere from 50 to 100 miles per week.
When discussing his education, he mentioned that he received a Political Science degree from the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
He is also proud of his understanding of the American Civil War, having studied and conducted an independent study on a variety of subjects including both sides of the conflict and its racial and political ramifications.
