Though many tabloids claim they attended the same high school, this is false because Randy graduated from Riverside High School and Libby attended a local school in Albans. It’s just that the former flames grew up in the neighborhood. Randy is from Charlestown, WN, but his ex-girlfriend Libby is from St. Albans.

Randy accused his ex-girlfriend of wasting millions of dollars on drugs.
Randy and his girlfriend Libby were all over the internet in 2016 after he accused her of drug abuse. According to Randy’s tweet, Libby allegedly spent $4 million on narcotics. Furthermore, he claimed that it was because of her that he had to leave his job early because his children were suffering.
He stated,
“I retired because my children needed me!” I’m here for the REAL fathers who understand our situation.”
“I love and kiss on my children every day!” Moss continued. “Can you say the same thing?”
Libby, on the other hand, was adamantly opposed. She blasted her former partner for his apparent blatant lies a month after the accusation. Offutt claimed she would have died if she had spent $4 million on drugs.
