Lorenzo Foxworth and Karen Foxworth, his parents, raised him in Oxford, England.
He was born during his father’s military career in the United States. He is also of African origin and American nationality.

Three years later, the Broncos traded him to the Atlanta Falcons for a conditional seventh-round pick in the 2009 NFL draft.
Domonique was playing in the National football league as a defensive back player.
