Casey Stengel, a former professional baseball player from the United States, spent more than five decades as a manager. He received the most attention throughout his whole career as the New York Yankees manager. The squad he led to seven World Series was the same one.

He used to play with his left hand and was an outfielder for the National League’s Brooklyn Dodgers. He later played for several teams, including the Philadelphia Phillies from 1920 to 1921 and the Pittsburgh Pirates for a full season.
